What this site collects

Three things. First, whatever you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your business name, what your operation currently runs on, your message, and — only if you choose to give them — a phone number and permission to text it. Second, whatever you type into the assistant at the foot of the page, or say to the agent that answers (888) 545-8384. Third, anonymous, cookieless traffic measurement — page views, referrers, and approximate country, via Vercel Analytics. That measurement sets no cookies, builds no profile, and cannot identify you.

The assistant, and the agent that answers the phone

They are the same thing: a Claude model, run by Anthropic, given the public information this website publishes and nothing else. It cannot reach client accounts, client data, or anything behind a login, and it is not able to answer about them.

What you type into the assistant is sent to Anthropic to produce the reply. The conversation is held only for as long as it lasts and is not written to our database — unless you ask it to book a call, which puts you in the pipeline exactly as the contact form would, or you agree to it passing your message along, which emails us the conversation.

Phone calls are answered by the same agent. Twilio connects the call and turns your speech into text; no audio recording is kept. When the call ends, your number, the call's length, and a written transcript are emailed to us — so that something you told the system is not lost by it.

Text messages

The contact form carries an optional phone number and, beside it, an unticked box asking whether we may text you about your enquiry. Leaving it alone changes nothing: the form sends either way, and no number is needed to reach us. Tick it and what we record is the number, that you ticked it, the moment you did, and the page you were on — that record is what proves the permission was yours to give.

Texts come from (888) 545-8384 and are only ever about the thing you wrote in: scheduling, confirmations, reminders, replies. It is not a marketing list. Reply STOP to any message to end it. Neither the number nor the permission is sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing, and they go to no third party beyond the carrier and messaging provider that deliver the message. Where it goes

Contact submissions, and anything the agent books, are stored in a private database operated by Miracle Mind LLC and emailed to us. They are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and they are not used to train anything. The third parties involved are the infrastructure providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Resend (email), Anthropic (the model behind the assistant and the phone agent), and Twilio (the phone number, and turning speech into text).

How long it is kept

Contact submissions and bookings are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to three years afterwards, so we can find the thread if you come back. Emailed transcripts sit in our inbox on the same basis. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Vercel on their own schedule.

Getting it deleted

Email hello@miraclemind.dev and ask. We will delete your submission, any transcript of a conversation with you, and any record of either, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and no part of this site requires an account.

Client systems

This policy covers this website. The operating systems we build for clients run in the client's own accounts, under the client's own privacy policy — their guests' data is theirs, and that is the point.

Cookies

This site sets none. That is deliberate — it is why there is no cookie banner.
